Monday - Rest
Tuesday - 3 miles (easy pace)
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - 4 miles (moderate pace)
Friday - 30 minutes of crosstraining
Saturday - 5 miles (easy pace)
Sunday - 3 miles (easy pace)
