Week 21 Training Schedule!

We are on Week 21. Here is the recommended training schedule for the week:

Monday - rest
Tuesday - 3 miles (easy pace)
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - 4 miles (moderate pace)
Friday - 30 minutes of crosstraining
Saturday - 5 miles (easy pace)
Sunday - 4 miles (easy pace)
