Ok...I know this is a rest day, but it's a great opportunity to work on a little longer walk.

Mileage: 8 Miles - easy pace
This walk is through several neighborhoods with sidewalks, off road terrain and even some hills! There are several places along the way for restrooms. Please bring your own hydration. We will be doing stretches before, after and during our walk. No cellphones or ipods please.
