Happy July!!! I know it's super hot outside but it's a great time to get used to the heat...that's right, the walk doesn't stop at noon because of the heat! :)

Walks for the week --- I have three planned... Tuesday, Lake Eola 5:45 PM - 5 miles, Thursday, Rose Place Park 5:45 PM - 6 miles and Saturday, Ft. Wilderness (Disney) 7AM -10 miles.
