Well we are definitely in the dog days of summer! But it's also very important to continue training during this heat. I know, I know.... "it's too hot, it's too sticky.... yeah, yeah... we would all love to stay inside in the A/C but the 3-Day will not stop for heat or sunny or rain or time of day. So, get out and training....hydrate, hydrate, hydrate and don't forget the sunscreen!! Red is not the new PINK! ;)

Walks for the week -- I have three planned... Tuesday, Lake Eola 5:45 PM - 5 miles, Thursday, Rose Place Park 5:45 PM - 6 miles, Saturday, Howard Middle School 7:00 AM - 10 miles.
There are plenty of opportunities to get some training so grab your shoes, fanny pack and water bottles and join us!
