Yes, this rain is a bit depressing, isn't it! So now we need to learn to be creative with our training time. While walking outside is optimal, sometimes Mother Nature is not cooperative. Mall walking is a great opportunity...plus it could turn into a fundraiser. Wear your 3-Day shirt and talk to everyone about what you are doing! Your training session could definitely be a bonus!

Walks for the week -- I have two planned... Tuesday, Lake Eola 5:45 PM - 5 miles and Saturday, West Orange Trail MM 5 - 6:30 AM - 7.5 or 17.5 miles....yup, it's a long one!!
