Week of July 9th

I hope everyone had a very happy 4th of July!!!

The heat is definitely on this week. Please be safe while training....lots of hydration...yes, this includes sports drink! And don't forget the sunscreen. Plus plan your route around the heat....if possible! :) Try breaking them up into 2 mile bits...it helps! ;)

Walks for the week --- I only have one planned... Tuesday, Lake Eola 5:45 PM - 5 miles.

Anthony is planning a walk on Saturday... 10,15 or 18 miles...your choice!
