Ok... nose to the grind stone! 5 weeks to go!

Monday - rest
Tuesday - 5 miles (easy pace)
Wednesday - 45 minutes of crosstraining
Thursday - 6 miles (moderate pace)
Friday - 45 minutes of crosstraining
Saturday - 18 miles (easy pace)
Sunday - 15 miles (easy pace)
