Ok...only 3 to go!!!

Monday - rest
Tuesday - 6 miles (easy pace)
Wednesday - 45 minutes of crosstraining
Thursday - 6 miles (moderate pace)
Friday - 45 minutes of crosstraining
Saturday - 18 miles (easy pace)
Sunday - 8 miles (easy pace)
