Week 23 Training Schedule...

Ok, one week down... who's ready for week 2?


Here's the schedule for the week
Monday - Rest
Tuesday - 3 miles - easy pace
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - 3 miles - moderate pace
Friday - 30 minutes - easy cross training
Saturday - 4 miles - easy pace
Sunday - 3 miles - easy pace




The mileage is slowly starting to increase.  Slow and steady will win this race.  :)
